Ralph
R. Loyd is a general litigator, with expertise in ERISA and general civil litigation. He received his law degree
from Western State University College of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1980. Mr. Loyd obtained his undergraduate
studies at the University of Texas and his degree from California State University at Long Beach (B.A., 1976).
He is a member of the State Bar of California and a past member of Consumer Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Loyd
has been admitted to the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit
U.S. Court of Appeals.
