Mark
R. Matthews is a general litigator specializing in business litigation and real estate disputes. Mr. Matthews also specializes in the formation and organization of business entities. He received his law degree
from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1993. Mr. Matthews obtained his undergraduate
degree at Brigham Young University (B.S., 1988). Mr. Matthews is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Whittier School of Law where he teaches courses in Corporations and Commercial Transactions (Uniform Commercial Code).
Mr. Matthews has been admitted
to the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit
U.S. Court of Appeals.
