Beam, founding partner of Gregory Beam & Associates, Inc., is a general commercial litigator, specializing in business litigation, creditors’ rights, banking law and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Beam also specializes in the area of legal representation of mobilehome park owners and operators. Mr. Beam is a graduate of San Diego State University (B.A. 1972) and the University of San Diego (J.D. 1981). While at the University of San Diego, Mr. Beam was honored by Phi Delta Phi. Prior to forming Gregory Beam & Associates, Inc., Mr. Beam was a founding partner of the Orange County law firm of Horwitz & Beam. Mr. Beam has been admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. Federal District Courts, Central, Northern, Eastern and Southern Districts of California.
